The owners and management of small businesses wear many hats, including human resources and benefit management. These are critical components of an organization, but in reality may not be the best use of the owner’s time. Our goal is to take that work off their table, so they can focus on growing their business.
Small business owners understand the success of the business is largely driven by the burden of their employees. Almost universally these owners treat their employees like an extended family. Our goal with clients is to know employees on a first name basis. When we do this the owner recognizes we are looking out for their needs and solving benefit issues as they occur.
We also have a simple belief when it come to the cost of insurance. Every dollar you send to an insurance company is never coming back, so let’s figure out a way to send them as little as possible while making sure the benefits meet the needs of the owner and employees.
Finally, a company offers benefits and compensation to attract and retain quality employees. Therefore, it is our job to make sure employees understand and appreciate what they are provided. That requires communication and is why we want to know your employees on a first name basis.
