Step Two: Analyze the data and information documented during the interview.
Step Three: Present our analysis and preliminary recommendations.
Step Four: Acquire and rank vendor proposals for the various benefits and financial strategies and make prudent recommendations to the client.
Step Five: Educate, communicate, implement and monitor.
Every year at renewal or annual meeting, we treat our existing clients as though they are new by repeating our effective 5 step process. We do this to help ensure we keep pace with the changing priorities and goals of our clients
SFS is an independent financial services firm. We offer a broad spectrum of products and services and have vast contracts with many major insurance carriers, investment companies, money managers and third party administrators. This allows us to provide client centered prudent advice appropriate for the client.
SFS includes outstanding day to day support for our clients. We act as liaisons between the client and their benefit and investment company vendors. We work to onboard new employees, manage the needs of existing associates to help relieve the client's administrators of many day-to-day tasks.
